Traffic Impact:

Professional Traffic Study has already been completed and additional studies are in process. Feedback provided by the City and its professional consultants is accommodated in the plan. The site plan to be presented takes into account all feedback to date and also takes the additional step to show the facility entrance relocated off Old Smyrna, with the Wilson Pike entrance abandoned at the suggestion of City engineers and leadership. Pending construction of intersection improvement and turn lane facilitating negligible facility related traffic impact.
